O hotel merece no máximo 2 estrelas. A única coisa boa é a localização. As fotos do site não correspondem com o existente. Somente retratam os quartos maiores e mais caros. Quanto ao estacionamento só existem 10 vagas e quase nunca estão disponíveis, pois o pessoal que vem à praia costuma ocupar as vagas. O pessoal da recepção é muito prestativo. Os quartos são minúsculos, não tendo lugar para colocar as malas. O banheiro é claustrofóbico, não cabendo mais do que 1 pessoa por vez; o box também é minúsculo, dificultando o banho. Os móveis são velhos e gastos. A roupa de cama é limpa, mas muito gasta, assim como as toalhas (veja foto da toalha). Os travesseiros são de péssima qualidade, embolotados e velhos. O colchão está com afundamento, necessitando ser trocado. A limpeza é boa, mas existe muito mofo no banheiro. A arrumação dos quartos não tem hora para ser feita. O café da manhã é bem básico e, absurdo dos absurdos, cobram US$3,00 por uma porção de ovos mexidos (nunca vi isto em lugar nenhum). Os sucos - 2 sabores - são industrializados, assim como o bolo servido. O preço cobrado é muito acima do que é oferecido. Necessita urgentemente de uma reforma geral. Enfim, o custo x benefício não compensa.

Excelente ubicación, frente a la playa. El hotel es muy funcional , a mi criterio necesitaría un poco más de modernización en el mobiliario de habitaciones , que son muy pequeñas, y baños. El desayuno, es bueno en la calidad de productos, pero carece de variedad del mismo. Es un hotel silencioso donde se puede descansar bien. La atención del personal es buena. En la zona hay hoteles por el mismo precio o similares, no frente a la playa, que ofrecen mayores comodidades.

O hotel é bem localizado, a apenas 7 minutos a pé do terminal de Punta del Este. Está em frente à Praia Mansa e próximo à Praia Brava. O quarto tem tamanho médio, mas o banheiro é extremamente pequeno, com um box ainda menor, impossibilitando tomar banho com a porta fechada. Isso faz com que o banheiro fique todo molhado, embora o chuveiro tenha boa pressão e água quente. O ar-condicionado funcionou perfeitamente, mas a TV não é smart e não possui acesso a streaming. O café da manhã, apesar de simples, é satisfatório, oferecendo pães, croissants, café, leite, iogurte, frutas, cereais, manteiga, mel e doce de leite.

Faltam alguns ajustes para melhorar a estadia.
Gostei muito da localização do hotel por ser perto do hotel do meu evento: Enjoy.
Café da manhã bom porém durante 6 dias os itens foram os mesmos. Poderiam incluir mais variedades de bolos, ovos, etc. Salada de fruta excelente.
Música que toca na piscina são sempre as mesmas todos os dias e na mesma sequência. Poderiam pensar em colocar outras opções de músicas.
Falta colchonete na academia e aparelhos são muito antigos.
Atendentes são ótimos, com exceção da Sra. Rominia que não tem tem simpatia.

Hotel bien situado pero nada recomendable.
La habitación de 2 camas no tenía espacio para dejar las maleta. Las camas eran de 70cm de anchas. Ridículas. El baño viejo, y mal mantenido. La ducha de 60x60cm. Solo 2 perchas en el armario. Y eran 170€ la noche.

La cama del horror
Buena estadía. Habitación pequeña pero cómoda. La cama fue lo PEOR!!!! Nos dieron una cama de dos plazas compuesta por dos colchones de una plaza, que se movían y nos quedaba un hueco en el medio, un horror. Increíble que sucedan estas cosas. El desayuno excelente!
